Must select meal choice upon registration. Includes salad and dessert.
1. Pasta- cavatappi, roasted tomato, basil pesto, grana panda
2. Chicken- pan-seared French breast, stone-ground mustard sauce, Yukon gold mashed and roasted baby carrots
3. Salmon- pan-seared arugula fennel salad, Yukon gold mashed and roasted baby carrots
